Do you offer trial lessons?

We do not currently offer trial lessons, but we may do so in the foreseeable future. You can contact us at our contact page in our footer if you have any further questions about our service.


Which methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Credit, Debit, and Apple/Google pay.


Do you offer in-person sessions?

Only some tutors offer in-person sessions, which will be indicated on their tutor profile. In addition, you will have to sign a liability release form for in-person sessions.


How do I contact my tutor directly?

You can contact your tutor through the provided contact information in the confirmation email after scheduling a session.


How do I cancel a scheduled session?

Your email confirmation regarding your session will include a canceling link, where you will receive a full refund.


Can I purchase lesson packs?

No, our service currently does not offer lesson packs, although we look to implement them in the foreseeable future.


Can I work with the same tutor again?

-

Yes, when booking a session, you can request the same tutor you worked with previously in the additional comments.


Can I review my previous sessions?

All sessions are recorded on zoom, and will be emailed to you shortly following your session.
